No Ivy! Day
The City of Olympia held several ivy-pulling parties in the summer of 2008. SPSSEG sponsored the May 5 ivy-pulling event at Priest Point Park.
Olympia community members joined the City of Olympia and various partners to help a regional effort to control ivy in urban parks and green spaces. Participants pulled and cut lots of ivy and enjoyed coffee and snacks.
